Course Description:

The knowledge management process can be break down into sub‐processes. Each sub‐process has its
own goals and challenges. During this seminar you will be presented with some of the techniques
used to identify where the knowledge resides in your organization and you will learn how to map this
knowledge. The various steps involved with capturing tacit and explicit knowledge, codifying it and
sharing it will be covered. Based on your knowledge management strategy (defined during seminar
(#2)) you will identify, locate and map the core knowledge necessary to support the key business
processes of your organization.
