Pichamon Adulavidhaya, is a Research assistant at the IKI-SEA at Bangkok University. Pichamon is an instructor at the department of International Business Management, the School of Business Administration, Bangkok University. Her teaching courses are Introduction to Business and International Financial Management. Pichamon got her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Business Management with Honors from Chulalongkorn University. Then she received an MBA from Oregon State University, USA. Currently, she is conducting a research regarding knowledge sharing and leadership style in Multinational Corporations.
